Design

Senior Memory Designer

The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of memory design including SRAM, DRAM or Non-Volatile Memories. Experience with standard memory design tools and methodologies is required. He will participate in the design of highly advanced memories in advanced processes such as 65nm and 45nm. The candidate may be required to interact and interface with customers.

Layout

Layout Engineer

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with full custom layout. He should be familiar with full custom tools and methodologies. Experience with memory layout and sub 130nm processes is a plus
