Sreedhar Natarajan. CEO and President

Mr. Sreedhar Natarajan founded Emerging Memory Technologies Inc. in Ottawa, Canada in Dec 2004. He has a combined experience of 15 years in the areas of SRAM, DRAM, FRAM design and Memory Compilers. His industry experience includes working for Paradigm Technologies, Texas Instruments and MoSys (Canada) Inc.

Mr. Natarajan serves on the Board of HS Memory Inc, Sweden and on an advisory capacity to various industry and academic institutions. He currently serves on various international conference technical committees like ISSCC, CICC, VLSI, ESSCIRC, ISLPED, SOC and VLSI Symposium.

Mr. Natarajan is the recipient of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Outstanding Service Award'01. Mr. Natarajan co-authored the book “SOI Design: Analog, Memory and Digital Design” – Dec 2001, Kluwer Academic Publishers.

Mr. Natarajan was named a ‘Top 40 under 40’ by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2005. The ninth annual awards program honors individuals throughout the Ottawa business community that embody the region’s entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, while at the same time balancing community and charitable involvement.

Mr. Natarajan has been a leading advocate to innovate and promote new memory technologies. Mr. Natarajan obtained his Master’s degree in computer engineering from University of Southwestern, Lafayette, LA and is a senior member for the Institute of Electrical and Electrical Engineers.
