Founded in 2004 in Ottawa , Canada, Emerging Memory Technologies Inc. is a world leading memory design company.

EMT offers its expertise on DRAM and SRAM memories across different advanced processes, including both Bulk and SOI CMOS.

EMT customers receive services that start with the specialized definition of memory requirements and finish with the successful high volume manufacturing of semiconductor products.

In addition to its memory design expertise, EMT has developed unique memory compiler technology that our customers use to optimally add both SRAM and DRAM memory macrocells in their world-class System on a Chip products.

EMT's memory and BIST compilers work together with industry leading design flows and methodologies, offering seamless integration on customers' verification, test and timing closure methodologies.

In addition to its Canadian headquarters in Ottawa, EMT opened a Design Center in Bangalore, India in the summer of 2005. At the beginning of 2006, EMT opened a Design Center in Dallas, Texas.
